District Implementation & Support

Heroes Made is designed to support Tier 1 preventative instruction while fitting naturally within existing district student-support frameworks.

Supporting Student Awareness and Adult Guidance

Each lesson provides multiple structured opportunities for students to communicate, reflect, and demonstrate understanding through discussion prompts, collaborative activities, individual worksheets, journaling, and exit tickets.

Students complete a brief daily check-in when joining their class, allowing teachers to monitor classroom readiness and engagement over time. Teachers can view participation, student work, exit tickets, and observational assessment insights, which can be downloaded and shared using existing campus processes when additional adult support may be appropriate.

Heroes Made is not a diagnostic or mental-health screening tool. The program strengthens teacher awareness and classroom observation within everyday instruction.

Alignment with MTSS, PBIS, and Campus Support Teams

Heroes Made is designed as a Tier 1 universal classroom support that strengthens positive classroom culture, reinforces behavior expectations, and complements existing MTSS, PBIS, counseling, and campus support services.

The program does not replace counseling, therapy, or intervention services. Instead, it helps create a consistent instructional foundation that supports these systems.

Consistent Districtwide Implementation

Districts and campuses can implement Heroes Made consistently across classrooms using the provided Scope and Sequence and Teacher Guide. Schools may assign or recommend lessons to support districtwide delivery and consistent student experiences across campuses.

Evidence of Implementation

Schools can demonstrate program use through:

  • Lesson delivery and completion

  • Student worksheets and exit tickets

  • Observational assessment insights

  • Student check-in participation data

  • Downloadable reports and shared insights

This helps districts document preventative instruction and classroom implementation when needed.

Training, Onboarding, and Secure Access

Heroes Made is ready to use with minimal onboarding. Districts and teachers receive:

  • Teacher guides and lesson plans

  • Scope and sequence guidance

  • Onboarding support and walkthroughs

  • Optional training sessions and videos

  • Ongoing customer and help desk support

For secure and compliant access, Heroes Made onboards schools through SchoolDay, a trusted education integration platform that supports data privacy and security requirements.

SchoolDay enables secure automatic rostering, allowing districts to provide access to teachers and students in just a few minutes once the onboarding link is shared. This streamlined process minimizes IT workload while ensuring safe and responsible data handling.
